(Arroyo Grande, CA) This week Shannon Kessler for the 30th Assembly District received the endorsement of well-respected San Luis Obispo County leader and County Assessor Hon. Tom Bordonaro Jr. this week. Tom Bordonaro has been San Luis Obispo County Accessor since 2002 and prior to being assessor served as California State Assemblyman on the Central Coast.
“I was impressed with Shannon’s passion and energy. We need a tough and experienced business leader who will fight for tax payers in our community. Shannon will hold Sacramento accountable to ensure our tax dollars are spent wisely,” said Tom Bordonaro, SLO County Assessor.

Shannon Kessler is a Central Coast business owner and children’s advocate running to bring common sense and fairness to Sacramento.
She is the founder of Save Girls’ Sports Central Coast, where she has become a leading voice protecting fairness and safety for girls across California. Shannon also founded Culture Impact to empower citizens to engage locally and prepare them for civic volunteerism. She serves on the Arroyo Grande Parks and Recreation Commission and local PTA President. Shannon was educated at Pepperdine School of Public Policy, and co-owns a local family construction and real estate company.
A lifelong livestock supporter and former agriculture leader, Shannon loves to surf and ride horses in her spare time. Shannon has been married for 37 years and have 2 children and are expecting their first grandchild next year and have been living in Arroyo Grande, CA for 28 years.
